Manipulation of 3D CAD surfaces using Haptics, IIT Roorkee:

• Haptic communication recreates the sense of touch by applying forces, vibrations, or motions to the user. Haptic technology was used to create a surgery simulator for the doctors to learn about the intricacies of the surgery.

Simulation and Analysis of Piezo-Electric Windmill energy Harvester, IIT Roorkee:

• Piezoelectric effect is the ability of a material to generate Alternating Current when subjected to mechanical stress or vibration. Piezoelectric materials were used to create a windmill design for areas with low wind speed.

• Selected for National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) Scholarship.
• Secured AIR 1855 in JEE Advanced 2014 among 1.5 lakh engineering aspirants which cleared JEE Mains 2014.
• Secured International rank 141 at Level-2 in 5th IMO in class 10, selected for International Maths conference in NY.
• Secured All India Rank 1404 in National Level Science Talent Search Exam in class 9.
• Secured All India Rank 5849 in National Cyber Olympiad in class 6.
• Secured All India Rank 2832 in National Cyber Olympiad in class 7.
• Secured International Rank 1122 in International Maths Olympiad in class 6.
• Secured All India Rank 2908 in National Level Science Talent Search Exam in class 8.
• Secured All India Rank 3112 in National Science Olympiad in class 9.

Secretary, Audio Section 2018:

• Coordinated 5 cultural events and supervised workshop for the first year students held under the cultural council.
• Organized workshop by RJ Naved to promote the Radio Jockeying culture within the campus premises.
• Conducted several DJ nights/music nights to promote the culture and showcase our new products.
• Drafted and presented a budget amounting INR 5 million regarding purchasing and setting of a radio tower to the administration.
• Managed a team of 40 members for the successful completion of all the above events.

Co-Convener, Cognizance (The Annual IIT Roorkee Technical Fest), 2017:

• Spearheaded a 2-pronged 3-tier team of 80+ garnering highest-ever budget of 13 million INR for the fest.
• Managed to increase the total participation of the students by 25% as compared to the previous versions.
• Conducted 30 Zonal events in 6 cities across India.
• Drafted a social initiative campaign, received the patronage of UNESCO and UN Women.
• Headed the promotion and marketing division to create the optimum strategy to increase the participation.,

Marketing Head, ASME, 2017:

• Organized lectures based on basic robotics and mechanics., Secured a sponsorship of Rs.1 lakh for participation in HPVC.
• Promoted ASME to various nearby colleges through organization of workshops on SolidWorks etc.

Mentor, Student Mentorship Programme, 2017:

• Guiding and helping a group of 7 freshmen under the Student Mentorship Program of IIT Roorkee.
• It includes regularly meeting with mentees to provide them proper direction so that they can achieve their goals and enjoy the campus life to the fullest.
