  • Team head/assistant coach: I currently serve as the head coach for two teams. As a head coach, I assess leadership, analyze rapport, manage team communications, and execute game plans. As a team assistant coach in previous years, I was responsible for assistance and compliance. Have led teams of up to 12 personnel, supervising daily performance as well as training and improvement plans.
  • Private lessons: On a continuing basis I provide individual and small group, position- and skill-specific training. The private lessons are always concentrated and focused on a player’s abilities and goals.
  • Court management: This requires significant organizational skills and time management working on deadlines, specific uses, and often preparing for different events.
  • Tournament directing: As a tournament director I was responsible for authoritative site management, arbitrating disputes, and enforcing of rules and regulations.
  • Skills clinics: This requires me to manage different personalities, skill levels, and ages when instructing large groups of players for extended time periods.
  • Administration: Record transactions and account for player payments, manage player account balances, and forecast season financial projections for the club. Trained and developed department leaders and management staff for specific projects and ongoing operational needs.
