Ever since I was a small child, I have been infatuated with the idea of becoming a teacher. I began my passion with baby sitting at a young age, from there, I then realized what I have a passion for which is teaching. I began my college experience with the major of Elementary Education, after several internships, I realized that I wanted to pursue a degree that allows me to go into a classroom and make even deeper connections with students as well as learn about all the different types of students that can be placed within a school. Once I changed my Major to Child and Youth Studies, I developed an even deeper connection to the thought of teaching in my future. Through my many experiences with student teaching, I have come to realize that I enjoy working with all ages in their own different way. I have learned how to create proper classroom management skills along with being adaptable with any given situation. I enjoy coming up with differentiated learning so that all the needs of every student within the classroom is met. I will be graduating in the month of July 2022 and I am really hoping that I will be provided the opportunity to begin teaching come this next school year of 2022 to 2023.
