In this role for the construction of a club in DeSoto, Sidney was a superintendent in charge of 1 journeyman and 3 apprentices. Part of his description was managing the safety of the site, which included developing and implementing safety plans, conducting regular training sessions, enforcing compliance with safety regulations, performing site inspections, and ensuring the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
