Designed and developed comprehensive Interactive Multi-Media Instruction (IMI) maintenance courses and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) for technicians, maintainers, or operators of military platforms, systems, or weapons. These projects included Army rotary wing UH-60A/L/M, CH-47D/F, AH-64D/E, Air Force H60W, and the Marine V-22 aircraft.

Quality Control Technical Inspector (TI)/Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) on the UH-60A/L/M rotary-wing aircraft. Held limited TI/QAR orders on the OH-58, AH-64, and the CH-47 helicopters. Performed aircraft component and shop inspections to ensure compliance with Army technical and related directives. Maintained technical publications and related directives, forms, and records I/A/W DA Pam 738-751, as well as administered the AOAP, TBO, and TMDE programs and Quality Deficiency Reports to assure compliance with (SOF) and (MIM) directives. Inspected new, repaired, or modified aircraft to identify damage or defects, and to assess airworthiness conformance to standards, using checklists, hand tools, and test instruments. Inspected the work of aircraft mechanics performing maintenance, modification, or repair and overhaul of aircraft systems to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
