Assembly of large diesel and natural gas engines

Work includes the use of

Manipulating engine components during the assembly process.

Learning the technical aspects of engine assembly, including troubleshooting and repair of in process engines.

Support of safety, quality, and production goals of the area.

Utilizing computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office Applications

Reading and interpreting standard work in computer programs, engineering prints and factory paperwork

Manufactures, assembles, installs and adjusts the parts that make up the structure of an aircraft. He performs machining operations and riveting of composite materials. Examples: fuselages, cockpits, wings, ailerons, landing gear doors, and engine mounts. Also, Hand wraps insulation blankets, using utility knives, foam insulation, and insulation tape.

Performed some light riveting using rivet squeezes and pop rivet guns.

Performed visually inspecting on different types of United airline monuments Work on cabinets and lavatories put on trim and door hinges measure to make sure everything is right for tolerance. Sand and bond buckets panel’s side panels ceiling panels applied ureline, and epo bond, to remain a soft smooth surface for the parts to following FAA regulations.

Performed various duties such as operating computer-controlled machines making sure the machine is setup properly to produces quality meat and a cold food environment slicing cold cuts through the Formax machine going down the conveyor belt then I inserted the cold cuts into the bubbles then sent it down to another process called the closer which steams the packages down then once that is done, they are sent out to warehousing to prepare labels and shipment. I was also responsible for doing change overs for different kraft foods products.
