➢ Leading and Managing Capstone-Community Hospital of Anaconda, Anaconda, MT;  St. James Healthcare, Butte, MT;  Southwest Montana Veterans Home, Butte, MT o January 2024 – May 2024 ▪ 180 Hours ▪ Completed digital clinical experiences through Shadow Health covering topics of prioritization, delegation, conflict, ethics, and change; Mentored lower cohorts to assist with their medical surgical clinical packets and starting IVs; Completed projects to help foster growth within the Montana Technological University Nursing department and St. James Healthcare by creating simulation scenarios and conducting research on admission, discharge, and transfer nurses; Shadowed a nurse leader in her role as the charge nurse within a community hospital, and shadowed a director of nursing in his role at a veteran’s hospital o Preceptorship St. James Healthcare, Butte, MT ▪ Medical Surgical department for seven 12-hour day shifts, documented data related to patient care including assessment, medication administration, and patient responses, and performed physical assessments in addition to evaluating diagnostic tests and labs

Nursing for Healthy Aging-Rosalie Manor, Butte, MT; Belmont Senior Center, Butte, MT; Big Sky Senior Living, Butte, MT oAugust 2022 – December 2022 ▪ 45 Hours ▪ Completed digital clinical experiences through Shadow Health covering topics of cardiovascular, cognition, gastrointestinal, infection, mobility, respiratory, and pain; Performed physical assessments, health history (history of present illness, present health status, family history, and functional ability), and discussed health barriers; Documented patient data; Used various assessment tools to better understand mental, physical, and emotional problems patients were experiencing (Braden Scale, Mini-Cog, Fulmer SPICES, etc.); Participated in a geriatric sensitivity simulation lab to grasp an idea on how older adults are possibly living
