Sidney is a seasoned transportation planner whose skill sets and responsibilities include all aspects of multi-modal transportation planning. His expertise covers public participation and communication, traffic impact studies, project management, business development, neighborhood needs analysis and land use. As senior transportation planner for Transystems, Sidney is responsible for QA-QC of multi-modal transportation planning projects. And he plays a major role in developing project scopes and contents, conducting analysis of multi-modal transportation problems and opportunities, and developing solutions. They can include complete streets, traffic calming, bike and trail analysis, stakeholder engagement, consensus building, report preparation and project presentations.
