- While working at Macy's fulfillment center I have had multiple positions from trainer to seasonal supervisor to an exceptions worker. My job as of now is exceptions which means that I make sure all the packages going through my department get out on time, resolving issues with orders and identifying errors, providing effective solutions to maintain workflow efficiency while also making myself available for anyone in my department that needed help if they didn't understand something or needed help finding a solution.

- My job responsibilities was to breakdown the stacks of bread, sort/separate and take stock at the warehouse.
- Put the bread in the designated stacks for the assigned stores and take them to the stores.
- I would then fill the shelves with back stock before putting the new bread in where it belongs and take stock of what is needed then take stales and empty trays back to the warehouse.
- My accomplishments is I learned you can still get the job done right even if you have to go solo at a week and a half on a 3 week training.

- I started at Harps as a cashier/fuel clerk then within 6 months went into multiple job positions from Customer Service Manager- Stocker (sales floor/frozen/dairy) - Closing/Opening Manager - Receiving - Cash Office and training new people in those subjects when the time came.
- I did that all in that order within 1yr and 4 months all the while still maintaining all the responsible positions required from before at the same time.
- Made a $3.50 raise in that time, making almost the same amount as other managers that have been there for over 5 years.
