I started as a cashier on August 13, 2015. While working up front i learned how to do photo orders, put up the truck, and just help customers. During this time I was training to be a manager upfront. In December of 2015 I went back into the pharmacy as a non certified technician. In January 2017, I got certified and that same year in July I got promoted to a senior technician. I was a senior technician from July 2017 to may 13 2020. On may 13 2020 I got promoted to pharmacy operations manager.

As a pharmacy operations Manger, im in charge of doing the schedule, training new technicians, hiring when needed, doing yearly evaluations, having 1:1s weekly meetings with each technician( going over pur weekly metrics and on what we can approve on), handling any customer complaints or technician complaints, making sure all licenses are up to date, preparing for inventory (making sure outdates get pulled off the shelf and trying to send back any medications we have alot of), handling any disciplines that are needed as far as verbal warning or written warnings, making sure all tasks are done every day which include: inventory counts, daily call list,deletes, will calls backs,third party rejects, our weekly bin recon, etc
On top of doing all the manager stuff, I help my team put up our daily truck, typing,filling scripts,answering incoming calls or making calls,ringing up the customers, helping the pharmacist with shots, mainly helping where I'm needed to make sure the pharmacy runs smoothly and my team isn't stressed out by the end of the day
