  • Answer phone and direct calls as needed, scheduled preventative maintenance appointments for mostly forklifts, as well as pallet jacks, dock doors, and boom lifts. Worked within the company's system called ERP doing light data entry of new business partners and their equipment. Opened estimates for pending invoices. Professional relationship building by reaching out to our business partners to achieve sales goals that involved my scheduling of services and getting PO numbers to close out invoices and finalize. Filed and did basic receptionist duties for the office.
