Through my Investigations class at Wilson Talent Center, I was given the chance to train and prepare for a real world situation where CPR is needed. I was tested for an adult dummy and a baby baby. At the end, there was a written portion that I completed with flying colors.

For the past five months, I have attended the Investigations class, which specializes in training students for law enforcement. Throughout this course, I have been placed in real-world situations that involve handcuffing, detaining, applying pressure points, executing tactical strikes, conducting traffic stops, sketching crime scenes, taking crime scene photos, dusting for prints, and collecting fingerprints.

For one marking period, I served as a sergeant, leading a squad of four people. My responsibilities included overseeing their completed work, ensuring accountability within my squad, and filling in any missed information for absent members.

This class has meant a lot to me because I have learned so much beyond law enforcement. I have studied harder than ever before, built strong bonds with my classmates, and developed the ability to remain calm and think clearly in stressful situations. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to take this class!
