- During these visits, I took histories, performed physical examinations, participated in the interpretation of diagnostic tests results, and developed assessments and plans that were subsequently discussed with the attending physician.
- Provide Spanish-speaking families, particularly those with a family history of diabetes, with culturally appropriate nutrition recommendations to encourage healthier eating habits and improve adherence to a healthy lifestyle.
- Educate families about the importance and safety of vaccines to improve adherence to the CDC-recommended immunization schedule.
Moonlighting Position
5 Months- Provided care to newborns in the well-baby nursery, delivery room, and special care nursery.
