Manage $1B+ portfolio space prototypes from cradle to grave, for DoD space programs in a rapid award OTA environment.

Advise, guide, and support acquisition planning. Write solicitations and all other contractual documentation and communications, review and assist in technical evaluations. Perform cost analysis and advise on programmatic schedule. Provide regulatory, policy, and business guidance. Manage relationships with contractors, programs, and resolve contractual, programmatic, and fiscal issues for the multiple integrated product teams as well as daily contracts management.

Supported acquisition strategy, source selection, and contract execution for multi-million dollar Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle (EELV) Phase 2 acquisition with the objective of ending DoD's reliance on Russian RD-180 engines and foster industry competition for assured access to space.

Performed extensive market research, prepared Press Releases for Public and OSD, developed contract terms and payment structure, participated as a lead in the source selection for the Rocket Propulsion System prototypes portion of Phase 2. Managed four multi-million contract awards during execution, advising project managers and technical team on a daily basis.

Managed a $200M portfolio of Advisory & Assistance (A&AS), Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) contractors. Managed contract and business actions for mission integration and testing for an array of spacecraft programs

Administered multiple commodities and service contracts and task orders, to include a $10M base-wide IT services and Software AF IDIQ task order. Performed cost analysis on cost-change orders.
