Helped member with their online banking issues as well. Spent another month at the Service Center, Taking multiple calls per day helping member with issues, questions or whatever else they needed on their account. I finished out at the Downtown branch where I spent time at Account Services and working as a 4 mainly opening accounts and shadowing.
