Worked closely with Senior Infrastructure administrator in providing a highly available, redundant and resilient IT infrastructure that effectively supported our global team.

My duties included the following;


  • Assisting in providing technical oversight of a multi-site enterprise level WAN, including planning, implementation, expansion and maintenance

Effectively, and timeously provided campus wide I.T support for a technical tertiary institution with a national footprint, and my duties included the following;


Campus wide Windows 10 deployments using WDS, and post installation device configuration tasks which included domain-joining, enforcing GPOs, windows updates, software packages.

Branch support for Microsoft Windows Server 2016 services (Active Directory, DHCP, File Services, WDS, WSUS).

Installed, configured and maintained network devices (switches, network printers, wireless access points.

  • Setting up desktop PCs, laptops and mobile devices for staff offices, student laboratory environments, and testing centre, also routinely performed hardware repairs and upgrades on faulty machines.
