I have worked with troubled youth for over 20 years in various aspects. I have worked in a Group Home, A Juvenile Detention Facility and have done Casework as well. I have also traveled up and down the state of California interviewing at risk youth for potential placement of at risk youth in an STRTP. Although I do feel i have the skills to deescalate almost any situation between youth's with anger issues as well as other mental health issues. I am always willing to learn new ways of helping youth deal with their various emotional and mental issues. I do feel I can be an effective member of your team.
