Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and building systems.
Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts inventory.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide support for special projects and other duties as assigned. Conduct site inspections.

Respond to customer care calls of non-functioning equipment immediately.
Ensure that the hotel is in compliance with all local, state and federal laws.
Ensure that all emergency and life safety equipment and systems are inspected, tested and certified per hotel standards or authority having jurisdiction.
Review all Guest and Meeting Planner comment cards to ensure that problems are identified and corrected in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Assist as necessary with special projects and renovations.
Respond to customer care calls of non-functioning equipment immediately.
Ensure that all emergency and life safety equipment and systems are inspected, tested and certified per hotel standards or authority having jurisdiction.
Review all Guest and Meeting Planner comment cards to ensure that problems are identified and corrected in a timely manner.
