• Together with my team I successfully reduced the cost of future DC to AC Motor and Drive conversions by 25% with drastically reduced lead times and significantly longer life expectancy.
• Standardized PLC programs and HMI screens across all production lines, allowing operators to successfully support every line without additional training.

You may notice a gap in my history, from summer 2020 until 2021. In this time period I applied for my marriage based green card. I finally obtained my permanent residency in November 2021.
