Property Management Program Developer
- Developed and implemented a property management program to streamline operations, improve communication and tenant/landlord relations
- Oversee multiple properties across Red Hook, Poughkeepsie, Peekskill, Buchanan, Verplanck, Cortlandt and Highland Falls, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
- Foster relationships with real estate professionals, business leaders, attorneys, municipal leaders and the community to attract business investments
- Maintain revenue, adhere to inspections, and manage operating accounts for several properties
- Review leases and collaborate with attorneys and landlords to identify and evict problem tenants
- Conduct monthly staff meetings to evaluate efficiency, identify improvement areas, and track departmental progress
- Provide expert industry advice and guidance in all matters of real property
- Assess market trends and negotiate transactions on behalf of clients
- Guide real estate buyers through the purchasing process
- Screen rental applicants, prepare leases, apartment inspections, move in/move out process
- Research municipal property records to assist clients in making informed decisions
- Proactively identify and implement solutions to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention
