- As an Instacart member retention Business Analyst, your role would be to utilize data analytics in order to create loyalty and lifetime value
- Member Data Analysis: Review customer behavior with SQL and Excel in order to identify patterns and trends that affect retention
- Retention Programs Development: Develop and implement programs in collaboration with cross-functional groups in order to improve membership renewal and reduce churn
- Measurement of Retention Success: Track key metrics such as customer lifetime value (LTV), churn rate, and levels of engagement to determine the success of retention efforts
- Reporting and Presentations: Develop in-depth reports and presentations for senior management that incorporate actionable suggestions and recommendations based on data analysis
