· Initiative to coordinate in the new Facilities project of Desk Management System which involves assigning each office desk to a specific QR Employee.The purpose involves keeping track of all assets(desk) assigned under each employee.

· Created, prepared, and delivered reports on a weekly basis to the Facilities Management Department.

· Preparing Notices and notifying staffs through email regarding new arrival/Internal transfer in the accommodation

·Offering Units to staffs as per their preference and eligibility.

·Splitting and unsplitting of units in Property Manager to assign staffs according to their grade eligibility.

· Notifying Facilities Maintenance team and Hygiene team regarding the new arrivals in order to prepare the unit in QR Standard.

· Preparing welcome kit list for new Joiners and uploading accurately in Oracle for Audit purposes.

· Working with Qatar Airways Facilities Management System.

· Briefing given to New joiners regarding QR Housing and Policies to be followed.

· Working with Oracle and Kofax System to update and retrieve data for transaction updates in Property Manager.

· Preparing documents for HR Payroll department.

· Answering phone calls promptly and professionally, directing callers to appropriate personnel and answering queries related to housing issues.

· Addressing housing related enquires through emails from the Generic email address.

· Viewing and clearing emails on daily basis, Filing, documentation and scanning of all documents.

· Intimating payroll regarding deductions for damaged assets through FMS for staffs checking out of the QR company accommodation

· Clearing the Absconding staff accommodation with the support of FM Hygiene and QR Security Team

· Keeping a track of the new joiner cancellations by coordinating with the HR Team and updating Property Manager.

· Assisting with building return projects and coordinating with staffs for a smooth transfer to comply with the company return dates as agreed with the Landlord Team.

· Liaising with HR Separations Team to clear the accommodations for staffs separated from QR.

· Organizing and coordinating for temporary accommodation for staffs in case of any emergency.

· Handling quarantine accommodation for staffs during COVID and ensuring that proper sanitation is organized before handover to the next staff.

Highlights:

·POC for Desk Management System.

· Oracle database management tracks its computer data storage with the help of information stored in the System.

· Preparing Check In documents for the new arrivals, Check Out documents for the staffs those who are moving to own accommodation, Terminated,Resigning, Abandon of Services.

· Preparing Transfer documents, Releasing and Booking Units as per requirement, Mass Check In and Mass Booking for New Arrivals.
