• HOUSE PRICE PREDICTION Using Python - In this project we use machine learning algorithm i.e., linear regression to predict the accurate price of house by ourselves which is important to the prospective homeowners, developers and other real estate market participants such as, mortgage lenders and insurers. Old model is based on the cost and sale price comparison lacking of an accepted standard and a certification process.
