AFGF embodies my commitment to addressing issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion at a global level. Meeting weekly and, at times, biweekly since 2020, AGVF has been remarkably successful, reaching North and South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Since 2023, AFGVF has held three summer schools, at Penn State; Nelson Mandela University, South Africa; and Doha, Qatar.
