E-commerce Web-Application

Worked as a team lead in designing, developing, and deploying an e-commerce web app. Responsibilities included project planning, task delegation, and ensuring timely delivery.

• Front-end Development: Created the user interface using React, ensuring a responsive and intuitive design for both desktop and mobile users.
• Back-end Development: Developed the server-side using JavaScript, Node.js, and Express.js. Implemented a secure authentication system, product database, and order management functionality.
• Database Management: Designed and maintained the relational database using SQL, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and management.
• User Experience (UX) Optimization: Conducted usability testing and implemented user feedback to enhance the overall user experience, resulting in improved conversion rates.
