Driven by a passion for innovation in civil engineering, I participated in a summer research project at ZJUI, focusing on the topic of the physical and mechanical properties of mortar with natural light-weight vermiculite aggregate. This initiative not only showcased my ability to work effectively in a team but also my enthusiasm in the research field. I also went to a design institute for an internship during the summer vacation. During the internship, I learned some application of civil engineering knowledge in practical situations, such as determine the position of beams and columns by calculating loads. These experiences promote my professional skills and encourage me to go further.
Learn to use engineering software such as CAD, and learn to read and apply engineering drawings. Ask questions actively and strive to master the necessary knowledge and skills.
The project is to study the lightweight mortar made by using vermiculite sand instead of traditional river sand. The static characteristics, dynamic characteristics, thermal insulation performance, microscopic characteristics, etc. of this lightweight mortar are researched.
I have been learning table tennis since I was young, and I have participated in some school competitions and achieved good results. This has become a hobby of mine and I love doing sports. At the same time, I can also play the violin. I really appreciate its classical and melodious sound.
