Leadership Experience

I let a team of my fellow cooks and my hotels management team to help prepare for a banquet that had been placed for the wrong date. Due to my leadership, organizational skills and preparation for the banquet which was supposed to be the next day we were able to get this banquet fully done within two hours for this group of people.

With our banquet team I would make packets for everyone so they knew what needed to be done at what time along with recipes ingredients list that needed to be ordered and when to buy. Including timetables so that everything ran as smoothly as possible and if anyone had questions, they would either come ask me or check their timetables so everyone was on the same page. I was also the one who created all the banquet paperwork so that way anyone could go in and replicate my templates in order for the same quality of work and team cohesion.
