• Founded this youth and nursing advocacy-based organization while in Nursing school after learning statistic that suicide is 2nd leading cause of death in youth 10-34, and 10th leading cause of death overall
• Directing ESE for 2 years has clarified my passion for and commitment to continue to and further my efforts to tangibly uphold social justice and improve health policy and health equity outcomes for all by acting as a leading nurse advocator from bedside to Capitol Hill for each and every patient, especially ensuring the dignity and equal treatment of often disenfranchised, minority patient populations discriminated against based on race, color, national origin, gender or gender identify, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, age, military/veteran status, among others.

• Spent two years performing daily literature reviews to build entirely empirical, evidenced-based, youth-centric, peer-to-peer gatekeeping model called Friends For Life.
• Empirical research definitively proved that developing model into telehealth, smartphone app, increased likelihood and increasing scope of success in achieving ultimate goal of tangibly alleviating youth suicide crisis by providing an alternative method of support for the staggering 80% of American youth with a diagnosable mental illness who go proper or any care
