AWS Config:

Config owns services that enable customers to assess, audit, and evaluate the configurations of their AWS resources. It continuously monitors and records AWS resource configurations and allows customers to evaluate these configurations against desired settings. This service helps maintain security and governance by providing detailed resource inventory, configuration history, and configuration change notifications to enable security and regulatory compliance.

Launched the Service-Linked Configuration Recorder (SLRec) feature, enabling AWS Service teams (Config's Service Partners) to access specific portions of Config's data to build their own features. This feature allows Service Partners to create a dedicated recorder in customer accounts through contracts that define exactly what data will be delivered, with the Service Partner only receiving the specific CI portions specified in their contract rather than complete CIs.

Alexa Identity Services (AIS) - AIS owns the services and experiences that enable Alexa to recognize customers as individuals, personalize their experiences, and protect access to their sensitive data.

• Delivered invitation management and remote management to enable launching Alexa Care and Alex Care+ features. These features enable family members to configure emergency contacts, customize monitoring settings, and manage alerts from anywhere, making it easier for caregivers to support their loved ones' independent living.
• Delivered family enrollment and profile personalization These features introduced a more tailored experience for multi-user households, allowing individual family members to access personalized content and settings. This launch also integrated Alexa profiles into the Amazon Music app, enabling users to seamlessly switch between personalized music experiences across Alexa-enabled devices and the Music app

Transportation Financial Systems(TFS) - TFS automates financial functions like invoicing & billing, auditing & payment authorization , cost allocation and automated posting of financial records to Amazon accounting systems. TIPS (transportation invoice processing system) is one of the product streams of TFS which enables Automated Auditing and Payment authorization for 3P carriers.

• Launched TIPS 2.0 for OBSP NA, LH WT NA, and OBSP EU - TIPS 2.0 introduces Container Level Auditing and Payments (CLAP) which will enable granular auditing and discrepancy resolution. It also moves away from ETLs to a complete event based asynchronous processing reducing the invoice processing time from 3+ days to less than 12 hours.

• Kony One App Development Platform Kony One is a mobile application development platform for both Web and Native mobile application development, deployment and management. It enables enterprises to deliver rich, compelling HTML5, native, hybrid, and mixed-mode apps across all mobile devices (phones, tablets, desktops) using a single unified code base. Fast mobile app development and customization is enabled with end-to-end SDLC tools and APIs, and open standards-based data integration.
• KonyAppVantage is a suite of pre-built apps for specific business verticals (Banking, Field Services…etc). AppVantage platform follows Clean architecture principles producing apps that are highly customizable, configurable, extensible and upgradable.
