One of the most memorable moments from the start of my sales career in 2013 came when I asked my sales manager why he chose me over other candidates with traditional telecom experience. His answer was truly defining: 'SJ, your resume showed years of experience as a youth and college pastor.' If you can inspire belief and commitment for something people can't physically touch, feel, or taste, then you can sell anything. He was right. That unique perspective allowed me to quickly surpass quotas by three to six times, and, critically, empower every single team member to reach their full potential. It taught me that real sales is about building profound belief and value, a principle I've applied to consistently drive exceptional results and elevate teams ever since.
