One of the most memorable moments from the start of my sales career in 2013 came when I asked my sales manager why he chose me over other candidates with traditional telecom experience. His answer was truly defining: 'SJ, your resume showed years of experience as a youth and college pastor.' If you can inspire belief and commitment for something people can't physically touch, feel, or taste, then you can sell anything. He was right.
