My career in the biomass industry started as a heavy equipment operator, a position I held for 3 years until I was promoted to assistant plant operator and held that position for 7 years, I was then promoted to control room operator. Prior to the biomass industry I spent 16 years in the construction industry learning a wide variety of skills including but not limited to heavy equipment operating, concrete work, asphalt, underground pipeline and irrigation. I enjoy learning new responsibilities and pay close attention to details in order to accomplish my goals safely and accurately.
