• Initiate strategic planning to identify the organization’s mission, goals and strategies to guide and facilitate $35 - $40 million advocacy and electoral programs across multiple states each election cycle.
• Build relationships with donors, government officials and other organizations to secure funding and support for organization.
• Lead a team of political professionals, ranging from 25 - 70 full time employees, providing guidance, mentoring, and setting clear objectives.
• Liaise with and engage board members to shape and fund the organization and to resolve issues.
• Direct financial operations for the C3, C4 and PAC to maximize investments, increase efficiency, remain in compliance with the IRS and FEC and in good legal and financial standing.
• Represent the organization in the press, in high-level strategic meetings, at conferences, and public events.

For Our Future (PAC), For Our Future Action Fund (C3) and For Our Future Education Fund (C3) are data driven entities that are funded by national labor organizations (AFSCME, NEA, AFT and SEIU) to run year-round direct voter contact, organizing and electoral program in national battleground states.

• Led team in community and stakeholder engagement for message development and dissemination during the election cycle
• Collaborated with UK partner to develop and implement a yearlong virtual campaign and advocacy learning exchange program
• The mission of America’s Voice is to build the public support and political will needed to enact policy changes that secure the freedom and opportunity for immigrants in America.

• Managed philanthropist and Next Gen America (NGA) founder, Tom Steyer’s, $20 million dollar investment in For Our Future (FOF), including weekly board meetings, budgetary oversight and regular data driven reports on the investment.
• Initiated and created a plan for NGA to invest in immigration as a social justice issue.
• Developed and managed a grant program to influence the narrative on immigration and provide training to Latinx leaders to run for office.
• Led a team that developed and managed grants to national and state specific organizations to increase legal services for immigrants.

• Developed, managed, and executed all operating and programmatic budgets in excess of $40 million dollars for NextGen Climate (NGC).
• Led a team of political professionals in San Francisco and across 4 states, in developing and executing plans to raise the saliency of climate in the Presidential Primary cycle.
• Ensured all program and funding was rooted in data driven metrics with regular progress reports for the CEO and Founder of NGC, Tom Steyer.
• On behalf of Steyer, collaborated with five national labor unions – AFL, AFSCME, AFT, NEA and SEIU – to create a joint venture (FOF) to impact elections and advance policy across battle ground states.
• Managed Tom’s investment in FOF’s launch and a $50 million dollar program in the 2016 cycle.

• Collaborated with NGC’s Senior Advisor to create $50+ million dollar campaign to elevate climate and elect progressives committed to combating climate change in 7 battleground states.
• Identified and managed senior level political talent to manage campaigns in each of the seven states.
• Led national consultants and a team of political professionals in San Francisco to support the state campaigns and engage NGC founder, Steyer, in the campaigns.
• Developed, managed and executed all campaign budgets.
• Ensured that the programmatic and operating budgets for the campaigns were rooted in data driven metrics and that regular progress reports on the investments were delivered to CEO and Founder.
