1. Kenvue Global Headquarters | Summit, NJ

Served as Project Architect for a 3-level, 100,000 SF. Science and Innovation Lab. Managed BIM processes for the entire 290,000 sq. ft. office and lab complex, from the Tenant Fit-Out phase to project closeout.

2. Astellas | San Francisco, CA

145,000 SF. Design/Preconstruction to move into the Build phase.

Project Arrow: Design to the GMP facility requirements to deliver the Basis of Design for the laboratory, and other technical spaces at 480 Forbes.

3. Boston Scientific | Multiple locations in California and British Columbia.

130,000 SF. Rework Labs with lean design and a complete office redesign to align with global guidelines.

Project Architect / Senior Technical Specialist. Designed and managed various projects, including the highlights below:

TEVA Parsippany, New Jersey, Headquarters (Built, Construction Value: $35MM), 141,200 SF design and build workplace project. Work closely with the internal delivery/GC team, and QA/QC for the construction document, oversee the complete CA phase, and manage the design team, consultants, and client meetings toward the project closeout.

2. Abbott IDD R&D - San Diego (COVID-19 Rapid Molecular Testing Device Research Facility): design-build laboratory project. (Built, Construction Value: $12MM) 63,500 SF.

3. Limited Brands New York Headquarters (built) 150,000 SF design and built workplace.

4. MSC New York Headquarters (Built) Project Architect and technical design lead through the entire process, from design test fit to project closeout.

Work in a variety from residential, hotels, theater design, and historical housing renovation to large-scale mixed-use developments and master plan projects from concept design through to construction administration including Preliminary Zoning Study, Zoning Analysis, Program and Planning, Core & Shell Planning, Schematic Design, Design Development, DOB Filing, Construction Document Set, millwork drawings, FF&E package, and shop drawing review. Managed and coordinated with internal design teams, client meetings, consultants, contractors, on-site construction administration and coordination, company marketing material, RFPs, RFQs & design competitions.

High-end, luxury, customized interior design specializing in hospitality design. Entire NYC Midtown Marmara Hotel renovation, redesign, and upgrade, including public space, penthouse suites, guest suites design, construction document, millwork design, drafting and manufacturing coordination, 3D model build, space rendering, and FF&E package.

JP Morgan Chase Bank national front office's renovation includes scoping, programming, test fitting, space planning, construction documents, rendering, and model making based on JPM standards; high-end Wilkes Bashford retail store design and construction drawings; color retail store 3D design and visualization.
