Dermave Spa is a brand new medical spa that opened in Orange Park, FL. I was hired as the Lead Esthetician. In that role, I would handle our first time guest pre and post consultations. In pre- consult I would discuss all of the patient's skin and body concerns and goals, explain the treatments that the patient came in to receive, discuss all contraindications to determine if the treatment is safe for the patient. During post-consult I would discuss treatment plans, package options for the patient to purchase. These packages ranged from $600 to $10,000. I was quickly promoted to Spa Manager, where I took on new responsibilities. I still handle pre and post consults, but also all manager duties. Scheduling for patients and employees, inventory orders, training new employees, and marketing.
I worked a dual position at Massage Green Spa. This dual position included receptionist duties and licensed esthetician services. I answered phone calls, checked clients in and out, took payments, sold monthly memberships, maintained a clean and sanitized lobby area and treatment rooms. As an esthetician I preformed the following services; skin analysis, Dermaplane, Hydrafacial, cryotherapy, NuFace facials, chemical peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, high frequency, ultrasonic scrubber, extractions, and LED therapy. I also sold retail products and upgraded facial treatments.
At Tazikis I started out as a regular team member. This included of preparing and prepping food, taking customer's orders, and maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant. I was promoted to Catering Specialist where I took on new duties. I prepared and delivered all catering orders. This position required me to be extremely efficient with my time management, fulfill orders correctly, and set up large orders pleasantly at whatever location the customer chose.
