I worked for 3 years at a 24 hour development center where I would be assigned to either my primary unit with 14 intellectually disabled teenage boys, or any of the other 31 units with all ages and genders. I was responsible for all daily living activities, personal care, and transportation. Everyday I would make sure to complete all documentation and occasionally help with IPPs and program development. We had class throughout the week so it was my responsibility to make sure each individual got to the right classroom at each scheduled time. Throughout the day I was responsible for cleaning and restocking the unit as well as preparing meals according to each individual diet plan and meal assistance.
Cared for residents in assisted living facility and delivered high-quality support to meet needs.
I would assist the GM in daily store operations. This included schedule making, all cash handling and payouts, safe counts, and task delegating. I was in charge of assuring above average numbers in every aspect. I would either open or close a store by myself, which would including turning all big equipment on and off as well as daily cleaning. I also handled all customer complaints and would take orders and make them. I helped prepare food and did daily inventory counts which would be used to order products.
I would be the manager on duty, I came in around 3 and would prepare food for my shift. I would immediately delegate cleaning tasks to each team member to ensure the gas station was as clean as possible in a timely manner. I handled all customer complaints and interactions, as well as all cash handling such as hourly safe counts and register counts. Towards the end of my shift I would take inventory or all products in store and gas levels for orders, then I would start end of day procedures which included final counts on the registers and safe, final counts on inventory, check the make sure the cleaning tasks were done correctly and then restock and prep for the morning shift, and then I would activate the alarms and lock the store
