During my time shadowing at Smart Dental Care, I was able to watch the assistant help and assist the doctor during routine checkups and procedures. I observed a filling, tooth extraction, many series taken such as FMX , BW's, PA's , and Pano. I was also able to see how the sterilization works, and how to properly sterilize instruments.

• Host: Greeting, Seating, and checking in guest. Forming floor charts, setting tables, and assigning reservations.
• Server: Greeting guests, serving them with a beverage and entrée. Treating with hospitality and kindness and giving them the best experience possible.
• Collaborated with team members during busy shifts for efficient workflow and excellent guest experiences.

• Entered customer information into the computer.
