  • Led the entire cadet corps under the leadership of the squadron commander. Appointed and supervised all cadets in their designated positions.
  • Planned and implemented bi-weekly staff meetings, ensuring that representatives of the positions were on task, and that all issues were addressed.
  • Ensured all cadets were on task and prepared for any upcoming unit inspections. Provided flight leadership with all assistance to ensure that cadets were abiding by the regulations of the program.

  • Led the cadets with setting up and cleaning up awards ceremonies for retired veterans, as well as the POW MIA remembrance ceremonies.
