
Passionate HR professional with experience in all functional areas of HR; including onboarding and recruitment, performance development and performance management, employee relations, and curating streamlined processes to help organizations execute their business needs and goals.
Leading and facilitating Talent and Development initiatives; Analyzing data to identify trends & actions to enable T&D goals; Serve as liaison for T&D projects and programs across organizations, Design and implement leadership development courses to align with strategic goals of business; Oversee succession planning; Evaluate talent to measure for readiness for leadership roles; other duties as assigned.
Utilize people management skills and business acumen to coach leaders of various levels; Complete annual forecasting for multiple business units; Oversaw intern slotting and offers for multiple business units; Partner with specialists such as payroll, compensation, benefits, DEI, recruiting, and others in an effort to execute strategic plans aligned with goals of the organization; Manage employee relations matters and consult complimentary specialists as appropriate; Foster relationships with both leaders and individual contributors so as to support business units assigned; Other responsibilities as appropriate and requested.
Support full cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening and offering candidates; Write, post and maintain open requisitions; Build and issue employment offers as aligned with established protocols and guidelines; Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to establish baseline needs for recruitment; Support onboarding of new employees to the organization; Other duties as assigned
