• Opened wells to various handling facilities and managed the operation of the facility during the start up of a new pad.

Daily Duties

• Complete daily inspections of well heads, pipes, stack pumps, roper pumps, tank blowers, vessels, tanks, emulsion coolers, and all equipment and generators on site.
• Dumped sand collection vessels hourly and recorded the weights on a spreadsheet.
• Collected and entered the data of; temps, pressures, accumulations on each test stream, and pipe line flow meter as well as the total production of gas, oil, and water.
• Make adjustments to maintain the proper pressures, temperatures, and flow to multiple test vessels and large CTB flow vessels.
• Identified potential problems through visual inspections and testing of equipment.
• Performed preventative maintenance on oilfield machinery to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

At the end of everyday/night we sent a detailed report of all data collected, all adjustments, equipment failures, maintenance and specific times all tasks were started and finished for a 12hr period.

• We installed grain bins and removed unwanted or damaged grain bins for various customers in the tri state area.
• used hydraulic jacks and blocking to lift and or take down sections of the grain bins by removing bolts and various fasteners, doors, hatches, and augers.
• all materials were stacked and labled to be re-saled and later built on new sites for new customers.
