• Complete certain assembly jobs within a given time period (45-50 seconds, 300-400 times per day)

• Inspect/ install/ diagnose/ replace/ repair plumbing fixtures, water lines, and vent lines.
• Inspect/ install/ diagnose/ repair/ replace residential HVAC units.
• Provide routine maintenance and service to plumbing and HVAC fixtures/ units as needed. (Ex. Furnace and AC unit cleaning, water softener service/ replenishment).
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Clean company vehicles and shop.
• Maintain an orderly and complete inventory.
• Provide a professional, friendly, easy-to-understand attitude toward customers and team members.

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and provide routine maintenance on the Combat Rubber Reconnaissance Craft (CRRC), and the Evinrude 55 Horsepower MFE marine engine.
• Maintain an accurate and detailed list of inventory.
• Maintain a tactful manner when speaking to someone with a higher rank.
• Maintain a clean, orderly and team-based work environment.
• Maintain a high physical standard and hold others accountable for the same standards.
• Uphold and live by the values of the Marine Corps.
