- Worked with FANUC material handling and welding robots.
- Troubleshoot faults, crashes, welding issues, and other issues the FANUC robots could have using the teach pendent.
- Weld parts manually (using mig welding) to fix any weld errors on parts.
- Plasma cut out welds that were repaired by editing the welding robots position.
- Use weld maps and calipers to locate and measure welds on parts to ensure length and quality.
- Change liner, diffuser, nozzle, and other parts on the robot to ensure quality welds and parts.
- Worked in a small team of three to make sure multiple work centers with FANUC robots were consistently running quality parts.

- Worked in a lab measuring the insides of welds to make sure they met customer and in house specs.
- Used a program called Pax-It that allowed us to take pictures of welds cut into two and inflate those pictures onto a pc. Then we could measure them and export that information to a excel sheet, or data base.
- Used plasma cutter to cut individual welds from parts to then be wet sawed in half for viewing in the lab.
- Used weld maps and calipers to measure and inspect welds for defects.

- Grind cheese in a large grinder daily.
- Had to occasionally talk to customers for special instructions or to diffuse situations.
