I have been with the Production Training Team for over the past two years and have learned various skills such as navigating and teaching the PPS, JI creation and adhesion, as well as coaching methods to help and direct both members of production and the Production Training Team.

As a previous SMO1 in cathode coating I am familiar with the entire process and its SOPs. I have also been a peer trainer for around 1 year and trained several operators, many of which would go on to become certified operators. I've taken the Training Skills Workshop class twice and regularly use the 4P method to help me train all new hires effectively. I am Yellow Belt certified, with my latest project focusing on safety in the process.
