I've been with Panera my whole life starting off in the food industry . It was my first job at 16 years old and ever since, I've been dedicated. Within my years of experience I had the opportunity to get promoted not once but 3 times. I went from a Associate Trainer to a shift supervisor within 7months apart from each other, then had to wait for an opening 2 years later to become an assistant manager. I'm the longest employee at my cafe that i know the in and outs and how to run it while I sleep you can say. We train up new hires and managers everyday, priorities our company policy and the laws especially since we work with minors. We do so much more but it's evenly shared with the management team.
Now to throw somethings outside of Panera out there, I workout with Marines when i can to help get my body get into a better physical strength and form. I am a huge gym rat, i spend most my time in the gym for maybe 3-4 hours a day. Another thing I hobby a lot in is going on bike rides early in the morning to start my day. I love to stay active and fit even on bad days. You'll never catch me slacking or having a "lazy" day unless needed.
