With the amount of time that I have spent at Walmart, I have learned valuable tools for things like interacting with customers, time management, and working with a team. I've also learned that building relationships with coworkers is key to getting things done quickly and efficiently. During my time at the farm, I had to work through some pretty grueling weather at times, but I learned to push through the challenges that came with working there. It definitely wasn't easy work by any means, but it showed me that I can and will work when it is required, even if it's challenging.
