My Responsibilities like supervisor for the day -to-day operations of restaurant
-Lead customer service and kitchen
-Manages quality of our customer experience for dine-in, take-out, and delivery
-Help manage inventory and vendor relations
-Maintains the facility during operational hours
-Assists GM with all restaurant operations and Establish and build community relations
-Cleanliness and organization of front-of-the-house areas.
-Addressing daily operations of cleanliness along with taking action on maintenance problems.
Other responsibilities as well include:
-Greet customers as they arrive.
-Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
-Take orders and process transactions. Ensure the efficient flow of orders.
-Close out the register at the end of the day.
-Bag and expedite orders from the kitchen to maintain efficient service.
-Resolve customer issues and answer questions as needed.
-Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
-Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly
handling food and ensuring correct storage and temperature, while maintaining an up-to-date California Food Handling Certification.
-Maintain accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
