Improved property security through frequent monitoring and gathering mail while property owners were away. Improved property value through general maintenance such as mowing, brush removal, pond cleaning, junk removal, maintenance of out buildings and lawn equipment. Feeding and care of pets and plants. This is an ongoing job as the owners have a campground out of state and spend around 7 months of the year there. Assist owners mother who lives near with lawn maintenance and other duties as necessary.
