My current responsibilities are for approximately 100 buildings on the I40 corridor starting at Meteor Crater ending at the New Mexico State line.

I am in a self supervised role that means that work orders come in and I delegate my time and State resources to maintain the physical state assets.

The State relies on me to utilize State contracts and make the best decisions for the safety and care of state employees, the public at large as well as the overall quality of the structures in their prospective locations.

I have strict guidelines for procuring tools, material and labor associated with the different location needs.

As a state employee I have hundreds of hours in cyber security, work place security, personal protective equipment and civil rights policies.

• Diagnosed and repaired heavy machinery, including loaders, excavators, and graders.
• Conducted preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
• Collaborated with team members to develop effective troubleshooting procedures for complex mechanical issues.
• Oversaw repair workflows, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
• Work also included light, medium and heavy duty trucks.

This company is small company.

I managed, worked and mechanic on approximately 15

different machines ranging from a sawmill to logging equipment to forklifts. I managed hundreds of custom home packages as well

as built log homes. I supervised a crew of men ranging from 2 to 10 skilled and unskilled laborers. It is hard to put into words the extent of different assignments and requirements needed to manage a small business, I was everything from HR to plumber.
