Self taught, I have been studying IT from home in my free time. Looking to enter into the field of cyber security. Familiarity with Linux operating systems such as Kali and Parrot OS. Used to operating from the command line while honing my skills on different platforms such as hack the box and participating in ctf modules on overthewire.org. Currently making my way through comptia's "All In One: Security+ Exam Guide" with the goal of gaining my SY0-601 certification. Experience using, as well as the installing, configuring, and updating virtual machines on my home computer to run hack the box modules. Knowledge of OSI model, Attack Vectors, and Threats to IT Security. Familiarity with tools such as Metasploit, Nmap, and Netcat to name a few. Basic familiarity with SQL. Motivated Individual with a goal oriented and analytical mindset looking to further my knowledge and build a career in cyber security.
