• Loading and unloading:Efficiently loading and unloading packages from the delivery truck using hand trucks or dollies, ensuring proper placement and securing items to prevent damage.
• Customer interaction:Interacting with customers at delivery points, providing information about packages, assisting with unloading if needed, and collecting signatures when required.
• Route navigation:Assisting the driver with navigation by providing directions or confirming addresses using GPS.
• Package handling:Inspecting packages for damage, identifying and reporting any issues, and ensuring correct delivery to the designated recipient.
• Vehicle maintenance:Helping to maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle by removing debris and ensuring proper storage of equipment.
