• Developed and delivered individualized, evidence-based exercise programs for over 90 geriatric patients, addressing their specific health conditions and functional goals. Collaborated with senior clinicians on functional assessments such as VO₂ max, 6-minute walk test, TUG, and balance evaluations as part of a research project. Also contributed to the assessment and rehabilitation of patients with neurological conditions including TBI, stroke, and Parkinson’s disease.

• Provided comprehensive care for complex neurological cases in home health settings, utilizing techniques such as chest physiotherapy, oral suctioning, PROM/AROM, and functional movement restoration. Applied manual therapy approaches including Maitland and Mulligan mobilizations to enhance mobility and reduce pain. Effectively maintained the caseload decisions using different therapies per week. Counseled up to 20-25 patients weekly with most patients with at least 3 days/ week with issues such as Stroke, Knee Replacement, Obesity, Parkinson’s Disease, Traumatic Brain Injury, and many more conditions.
